Goshen, N.Y. – The Goshen Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating their members at their annual membership dinner. This year the celebration will be on Friday, October 11, 2019, 5 pm – 9 pm at the beautiful Goshen Historic Track located at 44 Park Place, Goshen NY. The Goshen Chamber is inviting everyone to join them in recognizing and celebrating members of the chamber.
This year, the Goshen Chamber of Commerce is planning a beautiful evening under the stars with live music by The Jon Bates Band and the Fei Tian Academy. There will be four local member restaurants highlighting their culinary skills for the evening. The Goshen Chamber invites you to experience Oak & Reed Downtown during their cocktail hour followed by main courses created by Delancey’s Restaurant, Angelita’s Mexican Kitchen and Cornucopia Concept Caterers and topped off with dessert by Crumm Cake Cupcakes. The evening will not only have wonderful live music but will include activities like horse-drawn carriage rides around the track by member Brookfield Farm Goshen, Caricature Artwork by Goshen H.S. Art teacher, memories created by Zaro Celebrations as well as lawn games that will help support the Goshen Historic Track.
The evening will include recognitions for members under the categories THEN & NOW. “It simply means that we want to Honor Members of the Goshen Chamber from THEN & NOW” said Executive Director Barbara Martinez “THEN – Meaning Members that have been with us and supporting us with their Goshen Chamber Pride for many years and NOW – Meaning Members that are new to our organization but joined us because they see the value of what we offer as a chamber.” We have selected THEN, Not for Profit recipient Goshen Historic Track and THEN, Small Business recipient Tom’s Greenhouses & Florist. NOW, Not for Profit recipient Heroes For A Cure and NOW, Small Business recipient Pedal Goshen. We are also pleased to announce our Business of the Year is Griffith-Olivero Realtors recognized by the Board of Directors, for their dedication to the community and the Goshen Chamber.
“We want to create an amazing experience for our members and our guests,” said Martinez “we call it a Gala (Not Gala) because we want all who attend to walk away with a greater appreciation for our members and the community. It’s a night to celebrate all of our members and have fun doing it.”
