CLEVER Kids Club, A place for creative and educational fun.
Christine and Liz Christine and Liz are Early Childhood and Elementary educators passionate about creativity, self-guided discovery and purposeful play. When these teachers were promoted to new moms, their enthusiasm only amplified. They knew the benefits and importance of early exposure to educational experiences and sought out opportunities in which to participate with their kids. They went to many play spaces with indoor slides and tunnels. They also visited many entertaining places with lights, tickets, and prizes. They noticed, however, that there wasn’t a place where kids could play and have fun and that also promoted their social, emotional and cognitive development. Christine and Liz desired to visit a place where a CLEVER kid’s imagination, creativity, and natural curiosity would be the driving factors of their fun. A place where children of various ages and developmental stages could actually learn while playing! This is when these two CLEVER moms decided to create CLEVER Kids Club. Their hope and vision is to provide you and your CLEVER family with a fun alternative play space experience that fosters a love of learning.

The GAPNS Difference
GAPNS is a magnificent preschool with a 35 year history of success in the Village of Goshen. We are a modified cooperative preschool whose administration, budgeting and operations are run by the parents through an elected Executive Board. Our learning model is based on “learning through play” with an emphasis on literacy, socialization, role-play and academics.
What our families expect:
Each class has a teacher and an assistant teacher(s) resulting in low child to teacher ratios
Our Teachers tailor daily activities to provide a challenging, yet nurturing curriculum for each individual student
Each child is allowed to work and learn at his/her own pace. Attention and encouragement are essential tools to reinforce each child’s learning
An open door policy that welcome the participation of parents in the classroom in an effort to allow you the opportunity to partake in and enjoy your child’s first educational experience
Parental involvement through optional classroom volunteering and committee work allows for us to provide your children with a program full of enrichment not found at other schools

The Play Now Early Childhood Center is a preschool for all young children, and includes a year-round ABA therapy center for children with autism. Our program emphasizes the enhancement of language and social skills, increasing independence (potty training, hand washing, dressing, mealtime skills, etc.), and Kindergarten readiness (reading, math, science, etc.), which are critical areas of development for all young learners. These skills are blended into everyday preschool and play activities. We use teaching methods that have been researched, replicated, and shown to be effective in teaching friendship skills, communication, academics, and more, ensuring that your child will be prepared both socially and academically for Kindergarten. Our class sizes and student to teacher ratios fall well below state standards.
