The GAPNS Difference
GAPNS is a magnificent preschool with a 35 year history of success in the Village of Goshen. We are a modified cooperative preschool whose administration, budgeting and operations are run by the parents through an elected Executive Board. Our learning model is based on “learning through play” with an emphasis on literacy, socialization, role-play and academics.
What our families expect:
Each class has a teacher and an assistant teacher(s) resulting in low child to teacher ratios
Our Teachers tailor daily activities to provide a challenging, yet nurturing curriculum for each individual student
Each child is allowed to work and learn at his/her own pace. Attention and encouragement are essential tools to reinforce each child’s learning
An open door policy that welcome the participation of parents in the classroom in an effort to allow you the opportunity to partake in and enjoy your child’s first educational experience
Parental involvement through optional classroom volunteering and committee work allows for us to provide your children with a program full of enrichment not found at other schools
