Cathy Parlapiano is co-owner of a local, very successful staffing and recruiting firm. Here’s Help Staffing & Recruiting is a NYS Certified Women Owned business that for OVER 35 years has maintained a solid reputation for placing qualified candidates in opportunities throughout the Region. Our focus is mid management to executive level positions in a wide variety of industries.

Cathy is an active member of the Orange County Workforce Development Advisory Board, Leadership Orange Advisory Committee, Orange Ulster Boces C-Tech Advisory Board, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Goshen Chamber and Sullivan Chamber, Orange County & Sullivan County Partnership and MHV SHRM. She is also the proud mom of Bryanna Parlapiano, Health Teacher in the Newburgh School District. Cathy enjoys spending time with family, the outdoors and traveling.

During the program, Cathy will share her in depth knowledge of the job search process with participants including how to write a winning resume, how to differentiate yourself to employers, interviewing tips for in person and virtual interviews, and how to partner with a hiring expert.
