Pasta Making Class at Suzie Q’s Ice Cream Shop

Stop into the ice cream shop or Venmo me to grab your seat at the table. My first Pasta Making Class at the shop, and I’m so excited. Spots are limited, as we will be hands-on learning. Bring home a bag of the pasta you make, then enjoy a dish at the end with a question-and-answer session. In collaboration with a dear friend of mine, and a talented lady who also works on my ice cream trucks, @chefingrassia will be instructing you on how to make your own pasta. A lemon sorbet is included as dessert from Suzie Q’s Cookies & Cream, Inc., and, open for all of your drink pairings for purchase before, during, and after class, Orchard Hill Tap House will be there with Orchard Hill Cider and mixologist Austin awaiting your drink orders.
