10:30 am–12:30 pm: Sketching with Mindfulness & Movement ~ Join Eileen MacAvery and enhance the art-making process utilizing mindfulness and movement. Tap into a reservoir of creativity and nurture your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. All levels welcome.
